The retreat is suitable for all yoga students from beginners through to advanced, instruction in meditation will be given, and the theme of the retreat will be one of rejuvenation, and harmony of mind, body and soul, there will be plenty of free time each day to simply relax , or go exploring the wonders of the ancient Daintree Rainforest, waterfalls and crystal clear swimming lagoons surround the Temple.

You can dive or snorkel the Great Barrier Reef or pamper yourself with a variety of activities for leisure and play. Whatever your desire, your Yoga Retreat will be a experience that will empower you for the rest of your life.

Bookings Deposit Policy

To ensure your booking is confirmed, a deposit equal to the first nights accommodation is required.

For advance reservations, Prema Shanti Yoga and Meditation Retreat Centre cannot accept bookings for less than 2 nights. However, if you are unable to alter your timetable, then please feel free to call us to check availability for a one night stay.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non refundable.

For cancellations less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total duration of the stay will be forfeited.

Any changes to the duration of your stay after your arrival, will incure the full accommodation cost for the original dates booked.
